Best Inexpensive Disc Golf Discs – Introduction

Disc golf can be funny when it comes to money.

A lot of courses are free, and if you play your cards right, you can make it very inexpensive.

But, if you catch the bug, and you start buying tons of discs and equipment, the credit card bills can add up.

Recently, with this partly in mind, I put a post entitled Best Disc Golf Discs For Beginners That STAY In The Bag! My hope was that beginners could get discs that will help them in their learning phase, but still hang onto these high quality discs as their game evolves. Check it out if you get a chance (I’ll link to in the end as well.)

Here, I’m taking a slightly different tack. Here, we have high-quality discs at great, inexpensive prices!

First, let’s look HOW to unlock these great prices!

How To Access Great Disc Golf Prices At Infinite!

Repeat after me: Click on Disc –> Click black “Select Your Disc” (see image) –> Select “Sort By” (in the top right corner )”Price: Low to High” (see image)–> Then, select the disc you like at the price you choose!

Select Disc and then Price Low to High and then Pick a disc! (see photos –>)

Another thing you could do, if you haven’t already, is sign up for the 10% discount from infinite. It usually pops up when you visit Infinitediscs.com.

If you don’t get the pop-up, there’s also usually a red 10% off bar in the lower left hand corner as well. Go through those steps and enjoy 10% your entire order!

Great Disc Golf Discs At Low Prices!

There are some really nice discs that can be had at excellent prices if you know where to look. I’ll outline the ones I enjoy, but I’ll also give you some generic tips on how to save money and still get great products.

Let’s start with that!

X-Outs = Affordable Quality!

Did you know Infinite Discs has a page dedicated to X-outs? Not only that, you can search by brand, model, disc type (putter, mid, etc.), stability and more!

X-Outs sometimes get a bad rap because they’re not as pretty. But you know what is pretty? Low scores and low credit card bills!

Usually with X-outs there is some sort of disclaimer that they have “cosmetic flaws that don’t affect the flights…”

Sounds good to me!

Don’t Forget About Misprints!

Disc flies the same. It just has a misprint on the stamp.

Mystery Boxes Are a Great Deal!

If you don’t mind a little chance in your life, the Mystery Box gets you a lot of quality discs at a great price!

The 7-disc Mystery Box, for example, goes for just under $68 (at the time of this post). In one of the reviews, a person calculated that the actual discs they got were worth over $116. That’s a great deal!

Infinite has High-Quality Discs at a Great Price!

I know what you are thinking. “This guy works for Infinite and that’s why he’s shoving Infinite in my face.”

Well, yes, but actually not at all.

Do I work for Infinite? Yes, I do some writing and editing for them. The editing is how I know so much about their site (be sure to subscribe to my newsletter!)

But that work I do has no bearing on why I throw them your way. I just honestly happen to think that they have very high quality discs at really good prices! (They don’t pay me to say this. But I’m open to that if they read this…)

If you think about it, what other online disc golf store also manufactures their own discs? And they do this at the Innova manufacturing facilities so you know the quality is good as well. They also sell their own X-outs and have more sales on their own discs.

In addition, on Infinite, they have, in my opinion, the best plastic for the money in their midgrade “I-blend” plastic.
